Who we are

PlayTown Partners is the B2B partner-acquisition site for PlayTown — a 187,000 sq ft family recreation hub in Bandar Tasik Puteri (Rawang, Selangor), launching Q1 2027. This privacy policy applies to information submitted via partners.playtown.my. Information submitted via the main playtown.my consumer site is covered by that site's separate privacy policy.

What we collect

When you submit the partner enquiry form, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number
• Information about your organisation (e.g. agency, brand, company, academy name) and your role
• Details specific to your enquiry (event type, target dates, audience size, budget range, and similar fields tailored to each partner segment)
• Any additional message you choose to share in the "Anything else" field

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss potential partnership
• To send you an automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt
• To internally notify our team that a new enquiry has arrived
• To follow up with you about your specific enquiry by email, WhatsApp, or phone

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database hosted in the Singapore region. Resend processes outbound emails on our behalf. Our website and form-handling code is hosted on Vercel's global content delivery network.

Who processes your data

• Supabase Inc. (database hosting, Singapore region)
• Resend Inc. (transactional email delivery)
• Vercel Inc. (website hosting and form processing infrastructure)
• PlayTown staff (review and follow-up)

How long we keep it

We retain partner enquiry data for as long as necessary to evaluate and pursue potential partnership opportunities. If you'd like your data removed at any point, contact us at info@playtown.my.

Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email info@playtown.my and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies

The partners.playtown.my site does not use tracking cookies. The site may store functional preferences (e.g. your selected language) in your browser, but does not track your activity across other websites.
